Context
Digital work for an experience-led business
Flying Fish Australia sits outside the flexible workspace sector. It is a useful demonstration of the same idea in a different industry: a digital experience that has to connect with bookings, scheduling and real-world operations.
The problem
Customers had to understand a lot before they could book
Flying Fish isn't a simple brochure website. Customers need to understand different courses, qualifications, dates and pathways before choosing and booking the right experience. A large proportion of that journey previously resulted in enquiries and manual administration for the Flying Fish team.
What Livmore did
Strategy, build, booking integration and automation
Strategy and information architecture, UX/UI design and complete website design and development, with Arlo event and course booking integration, lead-flow automation, enquiry automation and SEO. Livmore continues to provide ongoing development and technical support.
What changed
Easier to find a course, easier to book it
The resulting site made courses considerably easier to discover, understand and book online. It increased online enquiries and bookings, improved organic search visibility and reduced the amount of repetitive enquiry and booking administration handled manually by the Flying Fish team. The website has also received industry recognition as a strong example of a sailing and course-booking website.
Still to confirm with Livmore
This page deliberately stops here rather than filling the gaps with copy nobody has verified. Send these through and the case study can be completed.
