Context

Operations and the front door are the same business

A workspace network's website is not a brochure. It is where a prospective member chooses a location, understands what a membership includes and starts an enquiry that operations then has to pick up. Livmore worked on both sides of that line for WOTSO, which is the reason this project is worth showing separately from the Hamlet story.

What Livmore did

Strategy, design, build and the systems behind it

Livmore covered strategy and UX, full visual design and complete website development, including location and workspace discovery. Website forms were integrated with the Hamlet CRM, with automated lead capture, automated responses and booking and enquiry workflows, alongside SEO and discoverability improvements and ongoing optimisation and support.

The important bit

The website is not a separate marketing layer

Rather than treating the website as something that sits apart from the business, Livmore connected it with Hamlet so enquiries and customer actions could flow into WOTSO's operational systems without staff repeatedly moving information between platforms.

What changed

Better discoverability, more enquiries, less manual handling

The rebuild improved WOTSO's search visibility and online discoverability, generated more enquiries and automated significant parts of the lead journey from the public website into workspace operations.

Still to confirm with Livmore

This page deliberately stops here rather than filling the gaps with copy nobody has verified. Send these through and the case study can be completed.
