Context

The industry, not one operator

Flexible Workspace Australia represents the flexible workspace sector nationally. Working with the body itself means seeing the problems that recur across operators of very different sizes, rather than only the problems of the operator you happen to be embedded with.

The problem

A digital platform that needed replacing, not patching

The existing website and directory had reached the point where continuing to work on it made less sense than replacing it. Livmore was brought in to rescue the situation and rebuild the platform properly.

What Livmore did

A complete rebuild on a modern CMS architecture

Complete redesign and redevelopment on a modern CMS architecture: a Next.js frontend with Payload CMS, consolidating the existing site and directory into one platform. That includes 205+ workspace listings, interactive workspace mapping, a properly responsive experience, and the content and industry resources the association publishes.

What changed

One platform instead of two things stitched together

Australia's peak flexible workspace industry organisation now has a single digital home covering both its content and its national workspace directory. The client is extremely happy with the work to date.

Still to confirm with Livmore

This page deliberately stops here rather than filling the gaps with copy nobody has verified. Send these through and the case study can be completed.

  • A published testimonial from Flexible Workspace Australia, once they are happy to give one
  • Additional screenshots we are permitted to publish: directory, map, mobile, and before and after if the old site imagery is available
